Since Ammon petitioned to have the case taken up by the United States District Court for the District of Idaho, there have been several other filings in the federal court, with the obvious lying attacks by Holland & Hart. (2) Memorandum in Support of Petition to Transfer Case from State Court to Federal Court from Ammon, which clearly spells out the violations perpetrated upon Ammon and Diego by the law firm, Holland and Hart, which represents St. Luke’s, and those perpetrated by Judge Norton in the State Court. Lies such as, Ammon “engaged in a grift, recklessly exploiting the tragic circumstances surrounding an infant…to benefit financially and to enhance their standing among their followers”; ”…Rodriguez…acolyte of Bundy…and spokesperson for the ….Campaign”; “…blocked an ambulance bay…”; “…broadcast a directive to the members of his militia PRN to amass an armed siege of St. Luke’s…”! These are so blatantly evil lies! None of these have any basis in fact and there’s more!
