THE CONNECTION BETWEEN CHIEF JUSTICE JOHN ROBERTS AND THE ARREST OF AMMON BUNDY
Roberts, who wrote the majority opinion for SCOTUS that forced masking is constitutional, relies on a 115 year old case.
Those of us who watched in horror, the smug, arrogant looks on the faces of the bullies with badges as they arrested Ammon Bundy for failure to appear at his hearing, may recall that the government bullies cited the supreme court decision that masks were not in violation of the constitution.
The purpose of this article is not to take a deep dive into the matter, but to tease you into doing your own research.
Along the way, it is important to note that there is some strong circumstantial evidence that Roberts is corrupt because he is compromised. There is no conclusive proof, but there is evidence he may have had an association with Epstein and may have visited the infamous pedo island.
What is authentic is the photo of Roberts with Clinton, and other corrupt individuals, somewhere near a Dominican Republic beach. That, by itself, should raise all kinds of red flags.
Back to the connection between Roberts and Ammon Bundy, Roberts based his majority ruling on the Jacobsen vs Massachusetts, 1905, in which the court ruled that Jacobsen must pay a fine for refusing a mandated vaccine by the state. This ruling established the principle that individual, natural, inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, must be surrendered to the "greater good of the hive, the greater good of the collective, the greater good of society".
The concept became known as a "compelling public interest" or a "compelling state interest" and such interest supercedes and swallows up, an individual interest, i.e, to not be forced to put something in or on your body that is not a normal requirement of cultural decency values (not go around naked).
So, the Jacobsen case led to all kinds of Bill of Rights erosions and one of the most famous is the Kuwahara Supreme Court case in which Japanese American citizens during WWII were forced into concentration camps, one in Topaz, Utah, because they are of Japanese decent and may collaborate with the Japanese enemy during WWII. The root of this evil was the two F bombs, FEAR and FORCE. The fear was so great, like we see with COVID 19, that the majority society said, "To hell with Japanese citizen rigths, we will put them in concentration camps for our greater good."
The Japanese citizens lost all material and economic property, for the greater good of the hive.
The root cause of Ammon Bundy being jailed at the threat of deadly force, was made possible by the Jacobsen case which the corrupt chief justice used to justify the forced wearing of masks.
And, more acts of force by the government, such as future lock downs, business closures,forced vaccines and forced masks, even multiple layers of masks will be made possible by Jacobsen, and the corrupt SCOTUS who relies on it.
What was Ammon's response to the use of the Roberts decision as a club to force him to wear a mask and then arrest him for FTA?
That no law, no interpretation of the law can nullify, void or create an opposite to the natural, inalienable, God given right to govern our own bodies.
Just as the corrupt supreme court ruled that Japanese citizens could lose all their property and be put in concentration camps for the greater good of the majority, so also can the supreme court make unconstitutional rulings that are every bit as evil, every bit as unjust and every bit as corrupt regarding masks and vaccines.
The reliance on the 1905 Jacobsen case to justify ANYTHING that the majority deems appropriate, is known as "stare decisis" and is the process by which the Constitution is eroded over time from precedent, from recent decisions that ignore the original intent of the founders and the framers of the constitution.
This would be like slowly eroding the 10 commandments by relying on more recent decisions about murder by drone being justified, theft through taxation being justified, adultery being justified, etc, etc, all for the greater good of a corrupt society.
What are we going to do about this? What are we going to do when they come for Ammon Bundy again?
