Update on Baby Lily - 3/6/2023
Hi Neighbors,
This is a short video from our court support rally on 2/28. Casey Whalen, of North Idaho Exposed, was able to get the corrupt Denise Rosen from the AG's office, Chris Clayton from CASA, and the foster "mom" on camera. All have played an active role in the kidnapping of and continued effort to steal Baby Lily from her rightful adoptive (blood relative) parents. Please watch and share!

Also, please, please donate! The Templetons don't want to ask for it, but the truth is that they are moving towards the appeals process, which is super important, and the attorneys are not able to continue to work without receiving a large payment. The appellate and supreme courts tend to be less corrupt, meaning that they have a good chance of winning their appeal if they can keep their attorneys. This is the final stretch of this fight that has gone on for over a year to get Baby Lily returned to her family where she belongs. Please help them financially if you're at all able. Update on events this past week & media links
Jerica, the birth mother, and her attorney, Mr. Pica, had court on Tuesday morning, 10/25/22. It was a permanency hearing, which should not be necessary, since Jerica retains her parental rights and has stated over and over that she wants her cousin Rachel & her husband Trevor to adopt her Baby Lily. Rachel & Trevor Templeton and Mr. Dan, their attorney, were present, but were not allowed in the courtroom.
All we really know from that court hearing is that Judge Eckhart issued a gag order, so that Jerica and her attorney cannot talk about the details of their case to anyone. One thing we have heard is that the major players involved in CPS supposedly feel threatened by the public exposure this case has gotten. This is probably how they justified a gag order. Mr. Pica has been threatened with contempt of court for supposedly releasing documents from the case, but he did not. Jerica released the documents (prior to the gag order), which was her right to do so. The courts and CPS do not want anyone knowing what they are up to. That much is obvious.
Several people from People's Rights and Health Freedom Idaho stood outside of the CPS office in Kootenai County on Monday, 10/24, with signs to bring awareness to the corruption within CPS and to the blatant violation of parental rights taking place in Kootenai County right now. There was a ton of support by people driving by.
Several also stood with signs in front of the Kootenai County Courthouse on Tuesday during Jerica's court hearing, along with independent journalists like North Idaho Exposed and Audit Cda Idaho. Links to their videos below.

One encouraging piece to note is that Heather Scott has taken an interest in this case. She has written a letter to the Attorney General’s office and has spoken to the head of Health & Human Services. It doesn’t sound like there has been any productive or positive response from either of those departments, but Heather has vowed to stay involved. Tuesday night, Heather Scott and Scott Herndon held a Town Hall meeting in Priest River, where Heather introduced Rachel & Trevor, shining more light to their situation. This is all positive. One last detail provided later this week is that Mr. Schwartz, attorney for CASA, has been trying to intimidate the Templetons’ attorney and Jerica’s attorney, on multiple occasions, by sending emails and phone calls, and also in court. Towards the end of this week, he tried to get the Templetons’ attorney to violate client confidentiality and to violate the gag order that was ordered by Judge Anna Eckhart.
Everyone is waiting to hear when the next court date will be. In the meantime, there is talk of doing another demonstration with signs, possibly a candlelight vigil, as well as an educational event in November. Please lookout for those.
