On November 23rd Garth Gaylord, Area 9 Assistant was arrested in northern Idaho and extradited back to Ada County Jail where he now sits. We have attempted to communicate with the public defender's office and their answer was ... Garth can reach out to us. Let's give them a call and let them know that they are defending a political prisoner and need to actively be working this case. 

Questions to Ask:

Why haven't they reached out to their client, Garth, who has several hurdles to try to overcome ?

Does Garth have his scriptures?

Why was Garth declined a phone call?

How is Garth being treated, is the jail keeping him in the "cold box"? 

Do they have proof that Garth is not being mistreated?
