We really need 1 or 2 more area assistants in our area. Since our area (CA Area 10) is so large we are working on several tracks to get everyone possible to get involved and working together. The first plan is to find a member or several members who have a paid ZOOM account we can use to hold some or perhaps all our future meetings on ZOOM so everyone in our area even in distant sections of it can participate in the meetings. The second track we are pursuing is to contact the counties/areas that are distant from our meetings and get them in touch with each other so they can have meetings themselves. We have to get permission from each person in these situations to share their contact details with other People's Rights members close to them. We cannot and will not share anyone's contact information in this way without their permission. If you are in a situation where you not in LA county and are distant from our meeting locations please contact one of us and let us know so we can connect you with nearby members.

If you are interested in becoming an area assistant please log in to this website and nominate yourself. This will trigger a vote by the existing area assistants and the results should be announced to you relatively quickly. Remember area assistants are not in charge of the group but rather are facilitators of the group. This is all about ALL the people's rights and ALL of us are the people. We need everyone to pitch in as much as they can for the benefit of everyone.

Lastly we have outgrown the Round Table Pizza location we have been using for our meetings up til recently. We really need a new place to hold our meetings so any member who can help us in that regard please respond and let Erik know. We need a place ideally that could hold at a minimum 70 people that is indoors and has access to power and WiFi would be ideal but not a deal breaker by any means if they don't have WiFi. Thanks in advance for any help any of you can provide.
