Reply This threat to use a trespass charge was first leveled against me in 2001 in order to deny me the right to instruct the public defender, Kevin Rogers, in the preparing of my appeal of a telephone harassment charge from Boise Police Officer Lt Mike Webb stemming from my complaint against Boise Police Officer Gary Wiggins for trespass and unlawful surveillance due to his entering posted private property and photographing my personal vehicles. Since, many other such threats to use a trespass charge have been leveled to deny me access to various government offices, the Boise Prosecuting Attorney's office, the Idaho Department of Labor (including a picket outside on the sidewalk), by Ada County Probation Director, Nancy Cladis, (in order to deny me the ability to surrender peacefully at her office for her allegation that I violated probation by picketing the Capitol that morning < probation imposed against my will over the aforementioned telephone harassment charge leveled by the Boise Police >), and lastly by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare for picketing in their lobby over their unlawful denial of a hearing I requested (which I finally received over a year later after being arrested and receiving three warrants for my arrest for failure to appear, the finial of which is still active, even though the marshals blocked my entry of the court < I prevailed at the hearing >). To say that this use of a trespass charge is a dangerous precedence is an understatement; I am aware of their use of such against others predating all of this quasi-pandemic bs, one at East Junior High and one at Housing and Urban Development. Reply I'm also saddened the Ammon Bundy did not appeal the decision on this conviction. However I think he is now looking at the big picture.
