WHAT: Karen is scheduled to appear for a hearing before the Ogden City Justice Court. before Judge Stucki

WHEN: April 1, at 10 am.

WHY:  Because Karen needs witnesses that can observe the court and any misconduct or inappropriate behavior on the part of the government.  It is a club:  the judge, the prosecutor, the police, etc. all belong to the same club and they have each other's backs.  We are not members of their government club, we don't receive the same status, the same pay, the same benefits that they get and they don't see themselves as public servants.  

WHAT YOU CAN DO:  Take detailed notes, with the actual time that something is said that seems wrong, out of place, not fair, inappropriate and then later file a complaint with the Utah Judicial Council that oversees judge misconduct or the Utah Bar Association that oversees attorney misconduct. 

Example:

10:27 - Judge did not let Karen speak.  Karen asked for a copy of the judge's oath of office and surety bond, and the judge threatened her with contempt of court.

10:44 - Prosecutor lied about Natural Grocers and claimed they had filed charges against Karen for trespassing.
