It was a crazy eventful day in Salem. Unbelievable turn in events took place. Patriots did storm the gates and tried to enforce article 4 section 14 of the Oregon constitution. They were met with rubber bullets to the face, pepper spray, tear gas and physical assault by the Oregon state police.

Tensions escalated quickly when Patriots met officers stacked in riot gear equipped with weapons of war. At one point a 12 year old child was pepper sprayed, and a woman was shot in the face will a rubber bullet. An elderly man with one eye was forced to the ground and physically beaten.

by 2pm negotiations with police began and the crowd and heavy police presence disappeared.

The Oregon special legislative session was postponed by was completed by days end inside a closed off building to the public.
