Call To Action - Harmon's Violates Individual Rights


Young worker at Harmon's must mask if he won't get the vaccine.

By now, most Utahn's know that Harmons Grocery Stores have been not only strict in their demand that all employees and customers wear masks, but they have been rude, belligerent, and forceful with their demands.  

Now a mother is asking for our help!  Here is her request:  

"Please call Harmons headquarters. My poor autistic son works there. He can not get the shot due to health reasons. The immunizations are the reason he has autism due to seizures.  Harmons says employees can take off their muzzles only if they had the vaccine. That is discrimination and criminal.

Ask for the Executive Assistant, this number is their coorporate office, and they will give the feedback to the board.  You can  also send a written email to [email protected], she is an executive assistant.

By virtue of having a business license Harmon's and all other businesses have agreed to establish and obey Federal and State Law in regard to Discrimination, 

Restaurants and stores qualify as “public accommodations” even if they’re a private business. As such, discrimination laws apply just as much on private property and to private businesses as they do in any public place.

Whether you post a sign or not, businesses never have the right to refuse or turn away customers because of their race, gender, age, nationality or religion. In addition to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, several states have their own civil rights legislation designed to prevent discrimination. The Americans with Disabilities Act also prohibits discrimination in public accommodations, making it illegal to refuse service to individuals who are disabled or handicapped.

Let's do it!  Let's flood Harmons with calls and let them know their business will suffer because of their policies, which they have NO right to enforce.   

NO ONE has the right to force another to have any health procedure or wear any medical device.
