THE LAW: 

1. The executive branch of our government does not make laws nor is the executive branch empowered to make laws. No governor can make a law in his/her state, only the state legislature can make laws in that state. The president cannot make a law, only congress can make a law at the national level. Mask mandates are not laws. A "mandate" is not a law.

4. It is unlawful under the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq., to advertise that a product or service can prevent, treat, or cure human disease unless you possess competent and reliable scientific evidence, including, when appropriate, well-controlled human clinical studies, substantiating that the claims are true at the time they are made.  As a result, every party promoting the use of face masks is violating the FTC Act.

Further, under 21 CFR § 50.24 et seq., it is unlawful to conduct medical research (even in the case of emergency) without a series of steps taken to:

a.      Establish the research with a duly authorized and independent institutional review board;

b.      Secure informed consent of all participants including a statement of risks and benefits; and,

c.      Engage in consultation with the community in which the study is to be conducted.

All of these laws have been broken.  All relevant authorities in the United States must cease and desist the use of face masks until the matters above are rectified.

6. Disability exemptions from wearing a mask. First of all it is important to realize that a mask is a medical intervention which can and does have possible negative health effects upon you because by it's very nature it must restrict breathing. Restricting breathing causes harm regardless if the person prescribing the mask or wearing the mask realizes that or not. People with certain medical conditions such as COPD, Asthma, Emphysema, Heart disease, lung cancer, and others can be seriously injured or even killed by hypoxia or hypercapnia induced by masks. Additionally masks are known to cause bacterial pneumonia especially if they are worn for long periods of time.

To date, not a single study has confirmed that a mask prevented the transmission of, or the infection by SARS CoV-2.
