My word! I counted at least TWELVE shots. Don't know if it was the one officer standing over them doing all the shooting but there would be a pause several times in between a series of shots then continue shooting even though victim & perp were obviously "down for the count" with the first 3 shots. View video & judge for yourself.

TRULY calling law enforcement can be hazardous to one's health.
