Shawna Cox- a mother of 13, grandmother of 35 was arrested Sunday Aug 1st at 10:30 am on her way to church. Shawna has a first-hand understanding of the abuse of power that is often displayed by uneducated 'peace officers' (aka those that police our communities). and is working to educate ALL who will listen that People's Rights come first. The following pic is an explanation of the prohibition of power granted to those we elect to govern and protect us.
As we understand it, 3 warrants were signed by Judge Gary Johnson in Kanab, Kane Co, Utah for (unconstitutional) traffic violations. The arresting officer Nathan Hoyt (a sheriff's deputy) clearly does not understand the oath he has taken and needs further training.
