America's global "war" on terror is immoral, unconstitutional, and counterproductive.

President Bush responded to the World Trade Center mass-murders of 2001 by wrongly declaring terrorism to no longer be a criminal act but an act-of-war, thereby treating accused criminals like enemy soldiers who may be shot on-sight rather than prosecuted via due-process-of-law. President Bush then began waging "war" against suspected terrorists, which Congress would declare permanent within a decade. And, then, President Bush encouraged Americans to embrace PREEMPTIVE warfare, which he applied not only to his aggressive war in 2003 against Iraq but also (arguably) against individuals. And, as part of waging this preemptive "war" against terrorists worldwide, President Bush initiated unconstitutional warrantless mass surveillance, collecting massive amounts of data that he used to identify potential terrorists, including millions of American citizens. President Bush also recklessly detained "suspicious" foreigners for years without trial, while reinstating the Nazis' verscharfte vernehmung to torture them regularly for information that they didn't necessarily have. Interrogative torture is not only horribly immoral, but also terribly ineffective, and professional interrogators have continued to prefer traditional investigative techniques for their superior results.

President Obama began using metadata alone to identify foreigners as potential terrorists---not to be either prosecuted (as Clinton did) or even tortured (as Bush did) but instead to be summarily executed by secret Presidential decree before they even considered committing a crime. And, so, President Obama began lobbing expensive missiles at them, obliterating not only his intended targets but also hundreds of innocent bystanders, including both women and children. President Obama also implemented a military policy of automatically reclassifying any military-age men who died in such missile strikes as insurgents, which helped to disguise the numbers of innocent people that he was killing. President Obama also started killing his victims' neighbors who combed through the rubble afterward looking for survivors, as well as friends and/or relatives who attended their funerals. Such reckless death-and-destruction outraged foreigners and gave them additional excuses to support terrorism against Americans. As a U. S. citizen named Anwar al-Awlawki persistently criticized such policies among Arab Muslims, he (and his teenage son) were executed without trial in 2011 by President Obama. President Obama's Administration afterward asserted its alleged authority to extend such preemptive crime-fighting to U. S. citizens on U. S. soil someday.

President Trump continued such policies and, after MAGA protestors swarmed the United States Capitol to protest election fraud, President Biden showed an interest in turning this war on terror inward to target potential domestic terrorists. President Biden once composed the Omnibus Counterterrorism Act of 1995 to address domestic terrorists like Timothy McVeigh and, although Congress initially rejected it, it inspired the PATRIOT Act of 2001 to address foreign terrorists, which President Biden claims didn't go far enough. President Biden is now preparing a bill specifically against potential domestic terrorism. As for whom it might target, America's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has already stated that potential domestic terrorists include libertarians, Constitutionalists, minarchists, preppers, homeschoolers, pro-lifers, gun-rights advocates, conspiracy theorists, opponents of a New World Order (NWO), believers in the Book of Revelation, et cetera. Some Americans are already refusing to transact business with such targets, while social-media companies are censoring their content as "hate speech" and/or "fake news," which bears some parallels with how Nazis treated Jews before sending them to ghettos, concentration camps, and (finally) ovens. Let's please never delude ourselves that the Holocaust could never happen again.

America's Congress agreed over a decade ago that this "war" on potential terrorists has become permanent; let's please prove them wrong! Both preemptive warfare and extrajudicial executions are unjustified---and, because they unjustly (but legally) take people's lives en masse, they are (by definition) large-scale legalized murder. Our recent Presidents are popularizing the warfare state's legalized murder under the false guise of security, just as FDR once popularized the welfare state's legalized plunder under the false guise of compassion---but, regardless of any such excuses or legality, we should never uphold such criminal wrongdoing. Let's please oppose preemptive violence, murder, and robbery. Let's please stop electing robbers and/or murderers (also known as warfare-welfare statists) to public office. Let's please uphold virtuous wise statespeople instead. Let's please help our neighbors to vote likewise. Let's please do so before our fair society needlessly drenches itself in innocent blood. Let's please do so before we lose what little remains of our free Constitutional compound republic forever. Let's please instead strive to restore all that's best in America's exemplary political heritage of rightful liberty under Constitutional law.

Hurrah for rightful liberty, three cheers for the U. S. Constitution, and long live the republic!
