Report instances of suffrage in the State of Idaho

Peoples Rights assembled at the Payette Courthouse after 2 reports, including video documentation of citizens being denied the right to vote.

November 2, 2020 – The national group, Peoples Rights met at the Payette Courthouse in Idaho to address the issue of two citizens denied the right to enter the courthouse and cast a vote, after refusing to wear a mask.  Ammon Bundy accompanied the group to inform the courthouse staff that denying entry to the courthouse is unlawful and protected under Idaho Constitution Article 1, Section 18: Justice to be freely and speedily administered.  Courts of justice shall be open to every person, and a speedy remedy afforded for every injury of person, property or character, and right and justice shall be administered without sale, denial, delay, or prejudice.  

As well as: Idaho Constitution Article 1, Section 19: Right of suffrage guaranteed.  No power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere with or prevent the free and lawful exercise of the right of suffrage.
