Rural Property - Zero Down Mortgages For First Time Home Buyers With Qualifying Credit Score

I know this isn't 'news' but for a lot of people it could be a really big deal with the current economy & housing costs. It is my hope this helps some of you or your family members or loved ones in this critical time.

There may be variables depending on the area.

It MUST be rural property.

Buyer MUST be first time buyer.

Property MUST be listed with a realtor.

Key in address of property in blue field labeled "Property Eligibility" to check to see if the property qualifies.

SHARE info with others who may be in need of a break getting their first mortgage.

I may have misunderstood but I believe someone told me that $800 allowance will be made towards closing costs as well.
