IMPORTANT-Reaching Your Area Assistants:
First you must be signed up with the Network System by visiting peoplesrights.org OR Text RIGHTS to 80123 setup Account with Username and password. Suggested to include a current phone number and email to receive information.
Make sure to have saved the number in which you will be receiving Text alerts from into your phone contact's as People's Rights.If you have only signed up with an email only, you will not receive Text Alerts, possibly missing urgent messages.To add your phone number to receive texts, go to My Account to review or complete updates.
To View the Contact List for your Area Assistants, text AA to the People's Rights number.
To reach an Area Assistant for Urgent Emergency Needs or a Violation of Rights in progress,Text SOS to the saved number.The First available Assistant will attempt to call the Number back to gather details and communicate with other Assistants to put an action plan together.
For Non-Emergency needs,please use the Network system to send emails or personalized texts.Someone will respond when available.
*Radios- if you have newly ordered Ham Radios that need programming, please bring them to the meeting labeled with Your Name on the radios.Mac will be there with computer software.Scott Malone is Field Assistant for Ham Net/Comms.He has extended Antennas available for Sale $15each or 2 for $30.Area3 Ham Net Tests scheduled every Sunday 7:30pm.ViewCommunication for Frequency instruction.Updates will be given during area meetings.
