Rally in Thurston County for Farm Boy and Spiffys

Thurston County Rally tomorrow!

Have you heard of the businesses in WA, who remained open against Inslee's royal decrees, and received fines in an excess of $67,000? Now they have received a temporary restraining order from the Attorney General, attempting to restrict them from THEIR OWN PRIVATE BUSINESS!

Join us tomorrow in Thurston County at 1pm. Judge Chris Lanese will be hearing Farm Boy’s case at 1:30 and Spiffy's case at 3pm, from the Thurston County courthouse while defendants will attend via a zoom meeting.  Spiffy's is located in Lewis County, but all the judges recused themselves due to a conflict of interest, so now both cases will be heard by the same Thurston county judge, tomorrow. We want a huge number of supporters to show up, so Judge Lanese will see how displeased the public is with this case, and hopefully he'll uphold his oath to the Constitution. He is tight with the AG, who brought the charges to begin with, so we feel the small businesses will have a better chance at a fair hearing if the public fills the entire parking lot.

If you can’t attend the support rally, please log in and listen to the court hearing. We are expecting the judge to NOT grant the restraining order and to uphold the constitution! Your presence will be key to assuring this outcome.

Note: Other groups plan to rally at the Lewis County courthouse, tomorrow afternoon, for the same cause. This is a separate event from what others have planned but has the SAME MISSION. We have been asked by the owners to be at the Thurston county courthouse during BOTH hearings, for the judge to see and hear the support as he decides on the case, so we will do that. But events in Lewis County, where Spiffy's resides, will be a good encouragement to the community as well. Representatives from Spiffys and Farm boy hope to come speak in Thurston tomorrow.

Spread It!
