Area 3 has been called upon to support Area4 Member Eva Selleck who was arrested at SWDH Board Meeting December 15th for Trespass on Public Property. The Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney Brian Taylor gave orders to Caldwell PD to treat the property at "Private". It has been verified that the land and building in which it sits is infact Idaho State owned -Public. She is appearing at the Courthouse to set a date for a hearing.
